✔ We ship all over Egypt.

➤ How long will it take to deliver my order?
✔ In Cairo & Giza Governorates, orders take between 1-2 Business days to be delivered. In all other Governorates in Egypt, Delivery takes between 3-7 Business days to be delivered.

➤ How much does it cost to ship my order?
✔ Shipping in Egypt costs 50 EGP.

➤ Do you have a physical store?
✔ No, we are currently online only.

➤ How can I pay for my order?
✔ You can either pay online via credit card or you can pay cash on delivery.

➤ Do you offer a refund or exchange?
✔ We do offer exchanges and refunds.Refunds will be approved if there is a defect in the order and it’ll take around 14 days to be fully refunded. For exchanges & refunds please send us an email at info@bfeerce.com.
