How long will it take to deliver my order?

• In Cairo & Giza Governorates, orders take between 1-2 Business days to be delivered.
• In all other Governorates in Egypt, Delivery takes between 3-7 Business days to be delivered.

 

Where do you ship?

• We ship all over Egypt.

 

How much does it cost to ship my order?

• Shipping in Egypt costs 50 EGP.

 

Do you have a physical store?

• No, we are currently online only.

 

How can I pay for my order?

• You can either pay online via credit card or you can pay cash on delivery.

 

Do you offer a refund or exchange?

• We do offer exchanges and refunds.
• Refunds will be approved if there is a defect in the order and it’ll take around 14 days to be fully refunded.
