We ship all over Egypt.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
In Cairo & Giza Governorates, orders take between 1-2 Business days to be delivered.
In all other Governorates in Egypt, Delivery takes between 3-7 Business days to be delivered.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping in Egypt costs 50 EGP.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are currently online only.
How can I pay for my order?
You can either pay online via credit card or you can pay cash on delivery.
Do you offer a refund or exchange?
We do offer exchanges and refunds.
Refunds will be approved if there is a defect in the order and it’ll take around 14 days to be fully refunded.
